Hobbledown just got even more exciting with the introduction of our underground tunnels.

New for 2013, our unique labyrinth of secret passages is the ultimate adventure for daring Hobblings.

The 70m of passageways lie underneath the towers and play equipment in Hobbledown Village and are designed for our fearless older visitors to explore.

Hobbledown’s joint owner Richard Farley said: “These tunnels bring a new dimension to Hobbledown Village and create even more excitement and inventiveness to our adventure play element.”

Maddie, 7, from West London,  said: “They are definitely my favourite part of Hobbledown!”

The tunnels emulate the passages which lead to the land of Potenesia in the Hobbledown book, upon which the farm park is based.

In total the tunnels boasts 7 entrances and exits (don’t worry, you can’t get lost down there!) but as part of the experience they are dark inside so are not suitable for under 5s unless accompanied by an adult.

Hobbledown is all about adventurous and challenging play so we recommend that our guests wear clothing they don’t mind getting a little scruffy.

The tunnels are open from 11am to 4pm at weekends and school holidays only.
