HOBBLEDOWN 

• A deposit will be taken for the minimum number of children at the point of booking and the full outstanding balance including any additional children/adults or party extras must be paid 5 days prior to the party date. Your party will not go ahead without full payment. Outstanding Party Final balances, if unpaid, will be debited from the account that the deposit was paid, the Friday before your party. Failed payment attempts will need to be settled on arrival to ensure the party goes ahead.

• You must include the Birthday child in the booking numbers.

• Deposits for parties are non-refundable. 

• Party payments are non-refundable once final numbers are taken 5 days before. 

• Up to 3 guest no-shows may be reimbursed by voucher if the party does exceed the minimum number of children. 

• Vouchers will not be issued if numbers fall below the minimum and only issued on request post party.

• Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the party date will be subject to a £50 re-booking fee. Parties rescheduled prior to this will be subject to a £10 re-booking fee.

• No more than the maximum number of children permitted for your party theme are attending and you understand the need to ensure suitable numbers of adults to supervise the children. Adults must be aged 18 or over.

• Parties are for children aged 12 and under only.

• All visitors to Hobbledown are subject to our rules of play, which can be found here. Please read them prior to attending. The party booker is responsible for the supervision of all children within your group at all times whilst at Hobbledown. Should any party guests break our Rules of Play, wilfully damage the play equipment or engage in harmful behaviour with any of the animals, they may be asked to leave with no refund offered or be charged for the damage caused.

• The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 5 children at Hobbledown.

• For each fully paid child party guest one adult can attend for free. The Birthday child can have 2 free adults attending. All other attendees must have a ticket purchased in advance.

• In compliance with Natasha’s Law (the UK Food Information Amendment) Birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers have to supply the allergens information. Unfortunately homemade cakes are not allowed to be brought into birthday parties. It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action. Information required on your cake are below: Name of supplier (if not shop bought) Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).

• Party dietary requirements must be shared no later than 5 days prior to the party.

• In the party room only Hobbledown food may be consumed.

• Birthday Cake cannot be consumed on the premises.
