What You Need to Know...

  • Your annual pass is valid for 12 magical months from the date of purchase
  • Each visitor will need their own annual pass to enter the park
  • Little ones under 2 go free, but they’ll still need a registered pass with their date of birth
  • By purchasing an annual pass, you agree to our terms & conditions

Accessibility & Carers

  • Guests with disabilities are welcome to purchase a standard adult or child annual pass.

  • If you require support during your visit, you’re welcome to bring one carer (18+) free of charge.

    To receive free carer entry, please bring one of the following as proof:

    • DLA or PIP documentation
    • A Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months

Enhanced Pass

Add an additional adult that can take the place of a full pass holding adult when no other pass holding adult is able to attend. It's a great option for grandparents and childminders!

You can have a maximum of one enhanced passholder per annual pass family. An enhanced passholder is £50.

Enhanced passes are not sold through the website - if you're interested in getting one, please contact us on 0203 885 0074. 

Renewal Rates

Renew as an existing passholder, and enjoy our discounted renewal rate! Children only £100 each, and adults £75 each.*

*does not apply to Direct Debit payments, only to passes paid in full.

Want to switch your current annual pass?

Already have an annual pass from one of our sites? Switch to our Escapade annual pass and pay a discounted price based on what you have left on your current pass. Price will be calculated upon purchase. Switching your pass can only be done through the Contact center.

Direct Debit 

Direct Debit annual passes are for a minimum term of 12 months. If paying by Direct Debit, there will be an upfront payment pro rata'd to however many days are left in the month you purchase your pass, plus the next month payable up front. Following this each payment is taken on the 1st working day of each month.

Paying by Direct Debit is not possible if adding a free Under 2 to your annual pass.

Annual Passes set up by Direct Debit do not qualify for our ticket upgrade offer. 

Our special Anytime Annual Pass lets you visit us absolutely anytime we're open!

Includes weekends, school holidays and half terms, and bank holidays.

If you’re a current Standard Annual Passholder, you can switch to any other pass type at the renewal rate when it’s time to renew.

Restriction dates for Standard Annual Passes for half term and selected weekend dates in 2026 are:

  • Excluded holiday dates:
    • 16th - 22nd February
    • 25th - 31st May
    • 26th October - 1st November
  • Excluded bank holidays:
    • 4th May
    • 3rd & 6th April
    • 31st August
    • 25th & 26th December

Day Ticket Upgrade Offer

Upgrade to an annual pass within 7 days of your visit, and the cost of your day ticket will be deducted.

This offer is only applicable for general admission tickets paid in full, and does not apply to discounted tickets, i.e. Toddler Days or Concessions Admission.
