Can we bring a Assistance Dog?

We welcome Assistance Dogs to our site but unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs into Hobbledown Epsom otherwise. An Access Card with the ‘Assistance Dog’ symbol awarded is accepted when accompanied by the dog that has gone through training to be able to support you at events and venues/other unusual environments/circumstances.

Emotional support animals are not currently permitted, if you require an emotional support animal, we recommend you take advantage of the support provided by an Essential Companion (this entry is covered by the +1/+2 symbol when included on your Access Card).

For the safety and welfare of our animals, assistance dogs are not permitted to enter our animal walkthrough experiences.
