Your ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Epsom, so you’re welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park.

There is a separate entrance used for our Christmas experiences; please make sure you arrive at this entrance 5 minutes before your selected time. This is located next to the indoor playbarn.

Yes, we strongly recommend pre-booking your visit to avoid disappointment, especially during peak times. Walk-in slots are limited and subject to availability.

Yes, as long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your date, create an account on our website using the email address you bought the original ticket with, log in, and make the change there. A rebooking fee of £10 per booking applies.

We encourage all children to take part in our Christmas experience. Please be aware that it makes use of special effects, music and lights. Do call us before booking to ask any questions about additional requirements.

Santa's Grotto lasts around 1 hour from start to finish. The Toddler Santa Experience lasts around 40 minutes. Both include full day admission to the park, so you are welcome to stay and play afterwards. 

Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos. And there are themed photo points scattered around Santa’s Secret Village, where you can take special festive snaps.

Our Hobnosh bar is open throughout the day, and offers a variety of tasty meals and snacks.

This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown areas, including stairs, narrow passageways, slopes, and varied terrain. It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience.

• Pushchairs: The route is unsuitable for pushchairs. Pushchairs must be left at the beginning of the experience and collected at the end.
• Accessibility: If any member of a guest’s group has accessibility requirements, they must inform us at least 48 hours before their visit by email so we can prepare a step-free alternative route. By knowing in advance, we can ensure the best possible experience.

All our tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed so long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10.

Car parking is available on-site and is free of charge.

Hobbledown Epsom are offering 2 different Christmas Experiences, The Santa's Grotto for families, and the Toddler Santa Experience, crafted especially for little ones up to 5 years old.

Yes. Every child meets Santa in his grotto, receives a gift from Santa.

Yes. You are welcome to take your own photos, and there are themed photo points scattered around Santa's Secret Village for your festive snaps. 

Full day admission to the park, which covers the outdoor adventure play villages, the indoor play barn, marshmallow toasting (additional charge), the zoo and farm animals, the animal walk-through enclosures, animal talks.

Santa's Grotto child tickets start from £31.50 on weekdays and from £45 on weekends and peak dates. The Toddler Santa Experience starts from £30.

Additional adult tickets can be added to your booking as an add-on at the checkout. If you are adding adults after booking, please buy a general admission ticket for each additional adult alongside your Toddler ticket. 

A ticket is required for any participating child of any age, including under-1s, if you would like them to receive a gift from Santa. If your child is under 1, is not taking part in the experience, and does not want a gift, please select the free Under 1 Non-participating ticket.

No; Your Santa's Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Epsom. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however, please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

No — the time you choose is your Grotto timeslot, not your arrival time. You are welcome to arrive any time from 10am to explore and enjoy the park, but please be at the Grotto promptly for the timeslot you have booked.
