Important information

  • Hobbledown till points are cashless; only card payments are accepted onsite.
  • The Hobbledown characters make special appearances around the park on peak days.
  • Socks are required for use of the jumping pillows.
  • Disabled visitors are required to pay the full general admission rate, but can bring a free carer over the age of 18 years with an accepted form of evidence. 
  • All our tickets are non-refundable.

The Government has introduced a temporary VAT reduction for eligible family attractions during the summer period from 25th June to 1st September. As part of this initiative, we are introducing this initiative early to commence from 3rd June and run until 1st September 2026 inclusive. We will be reducing prices across eligible admission tickets and ticket bundles for visits taking place from 3rd June to 1st September 2026 inclusive.

Summer Savings applies to selected full priced products only. Please see below specific ticket types that are included in the Summer Savings promotion at Hobbledown:

General Admission Tickets (Adult/Child, Aged 1-2, Concession), Toddler Day Tickets and Ultimate Family Ticket Bundles (for 3, 4 and 5) for visits from 3rd June to 1st September 2026 inclusive.

At all Escapade Group attractions, Summer Savings does not apply to memberships, annual passes, birthday parties, school visits, corporate bookings, group bookings, open-dated tickets, animal experiences, gift vouchers, third-party products or other food and drink items.

We strongly recommend booking online in advance to access the best value prices.
