Please note that Santa's Secret Village is a separate event, so it requires a ticket which includes both general admission and entry to the event.

Guest notices about opening times:

We are open from 10am

We are closed on select Wednesdays across 2026

The Imaginarium is open daily from 10am - 5pm on peak days, and open at select times on off-peak days. Please see the daily flyer provided at the entrance for daily information on Imaginarium opening times.

We close at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and open at 11am on New Year's Day.

Please note: park admission does not include access to the High Ropes course.
