What You Need to Know...

  • Annual passes are for a 12 month period
  • Each person visiting the park will need their own annual pass
  • Under 2s are free, but you will still need to register an annual pass in their name with their date of birth

Disabled Guests

Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and are required to purchase an adult or child annual pass.

Eligible individuals may bring a carer (aged 18 or over) free of charge. To qualify for free carer entry, you must present evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months at the entrance.

Day Ticket Upgrade Offer

Upgrade to an annual pass within 7 days of your visit, and the cost of your day ticket will be deducted.

This offer is only applicable for general admission tickets paid in full, and does not apply to discounted tickets, i.e. Toddler Days or Concessions Admission.

Enhanced Pass

Add an additional adult that can take the place of a full pass holding adult when no other pass holding adult is able to attend. It's a great option for grandparents and childminders!

You can have a maximum of one enhanced passholder per annual pass family. An enhanced passholder is £70.

Enhanced passes are not sold through the website - if you're interested in getting one, please contact us on 0203 885 0074. 

Renewal Rates

Renew as an existing passholder, and enjoy our discounted renewal rate! Children only £135 each, and adults £100 each.*

*does not apply to Direct Debit payments, only to passes paid in full.

Want to switch your current annual pass?

Already have an annual pass from one of our sites? Switch to our Escapade annual pass and pay a discounted price based on what you have left on your current pass. Price will be calculated upon purchase. Switching your pass can only be done through the Contact center.

If paying by Direct Debit, there will be an upfront payment pro rata'd to however many days are left in the month you purchase your pass, plus the next month payable up front. Following this each payment is taken on the 1st working day of each month.

Paying by Direct Debit is not possible if adding a free Under 2 to your annual pass.

Annual Passes set up by Direct Debit do not qualify for our ticket upgrade offer. 

Our special Anytime Annual Pass lets you visit us absolutely anytime we're open!

Includes weekends, school holidays and half terms, and bank holidays.
