HOBBLEDOWN & KIDSPACES

  • A deposit will be taken for the minimum number of children at the point of booking and the full outstanding balance including any additional children/adults or party extras must be paid 5 days prior to the party date. Your party will not go ahead without full payment. Outstanding Party Final balances, if unpaid, will be debited from the account that the deposit was paid, the Friday before your party. Failed payment attempts will need to be settled on arrival to ensure the party goes ahead.

  • You must include the Birthday child in the booking numbers.

  • Deposits for parties are non-refundable. 

  • Party payments are non-refundable once final numbers are taken 5 days before. 

  • Up to 3 guest no-shows may be reimbursed by voucher if the party does exceed the minimum number of children. 

  • Vouchers will not be issued if numbers fall below the minimum and only issued on request post party.

  • Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the party date will be subject to a £50 re-booking fee. Parties rescheduled prior to this will be subject to a £10 re-booking fee.

  • No more than the maximum number of children permitted for your party theme are attending and you understand the need to ensure suitable numbers of adults to supervise the children. Adults must be aged 18 or over.

  • Parties are for children aged 12 and under only.

  • All visitors to Kidspace/Hobbledown are subject to our rules of play, which can be found here. Please read them prior to attending. The party booker is responsible for the supervision of all children within your group at all times whilst at Kidspace/Hobbledown. Should any party guests break our Rules of Play, wilfully damage the play equipment or engage in harmful behaviour with any of the animals, they may be asked to leave with no refund offered or be charged for the damage caused.

  • The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 5 children at Hobbledown/ The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 4 children at Kidspaces

  • For each fully paid child party guest one adult can attend for free. The Birthday child can have 2 free adults attending. All other attendees must have a ticket purchased in advance. Kidspace only - capped at 10 free adults. Any additional adults will be charged at £2.50 each.

  • In compliance with Natasha’s Law (the UK Food Information Amendment) Birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers have to supply the allergens information. Unfortunately homemade cakes are not allowed to be brought into birthday parties. It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action. Information required on your cake are below: Name of supplier (if not shop bought) Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).

  • Party dietary requirements must be shared no later than 5 days prior to the party.

  • In the party room only Kidspace/Hobbledown food may be consumed.

  • Kidspaces Birthday Cake cannot be consumed on the premises



HEATH
Parking: Please note the car park is managed by a third party. Parking costs £1 per hour, with a 30 minute allowance for dropping off and picking up. You can pay at the machines on Website, or click here to pay. Please note: free parking is not offered for Blue Badge holders; Blue Badge holders using our car park pay the same rate as all other guests.

Guest List & Waivers
If you haven't already done so, please log onto your party account so that you can add the names of the attending children to your guest list. You will find the link on the email confirmation you received when you made the booking.
We will need to know the exact number of children that we are catering for, and if any of the children have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please don't forget to include the birthday child in these details.
We also ask you to sign the waiver form if haven't already; you will be signing this on behalf of the entire party.
Each child on the guest list is allowed 1 free adult and the birthday child is allowed 2 free adults. Any additional adults/siblings will need to purchase general admission tickets at the gate.
Payment
Please pay any outstanding party balance in full before you arrive. This can be checked by logging into your party account. Party slots cannot be guaranteed without full payment. You can pay your remaining balance online or over the telephone.
Food & Drink
1. We have introduced Unlimited Tea and Coffee for £2.50 per adult. Please add this to your order as a Party Extra before you arrive, or ask your party host about this. You will not need to visit the bar for your tea and coffee.
2. We will be unable to meet any requests for additional pizzas on the day; if you would like pizza, you must pre-book these online through the Party Extras section.

Itinerary
We suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before the start of your party. You will be checked in by one of our team, who will use the guest list you provided us via your online party account.
The children will have 60 minutes free play in the indoor play barn.

Essentials
1. Please create your party account here to manage your party online.
2. Complete your Guest List. For the safety of all guests with allergies, it is essential that allergy information is provided no later than 5 days prior to the party date. Last minute changes cannot be made. If this information is not supplied, guests will be served our birthday party feast which may include allergens.
3. Please sign the waiver form here (invited guests do not need to sign this)
4. Send out invites to your guests. You can forward these invites via email to your guests quickly and easily through your online account under "Add new Guest". Printable invites are available should you prefer these – please note attendees must still be completed in your online account.
5. The birthday child should be included in the guest list. Why not add them as guest number one, and send yourselves an invite to see how your other guests will receive their party invite message!
Extras
- Order your Extras at least 5 days before the date of the party. Party bags are not included, however can be purchased as an add-on & sweet cones!
- We provide plates/cups/napkins for your party - if you wish to bring your own theme you are welcome to!
- Our celebration packages help add extra decoration , or you are welcome to bring a small selection of your own. We say no to wall decorations & balloon arches as they take up far too much space.
