You're never too old to play, but we do consider our main age group to be children 2-13 years old. Our zoo, pillows and soft play are suitable for younger guests, such as toddlers. Our outdoor play structures are designed to be exciting and challenging, and are most suitable for 5-13 year olds. Children must be supervised at all times whilst visiting Hobbledown Heath.

Yes - visit our parties page for more information on how to book your Hobbledown Heath party!

You may bring your own cake, provided:

  • it is not home made, but purchased from a store, cake maker or baker
  • It is boxed with a list of ingredients/allergens

It can then be eaten either on the outside party balcony, or outside within the grounds.

This will allow parents or guardians of children attending the parties to request allergy information from you on what allergens may be contained within the cake; they will then be able to make an informed decision on whether the cake maybe consumed safely.

Members are entitled to a 15% discount on the entry price for children across all our parties and animal experiences, with the exception of Coda Birds of Prey experiences. Members will also get discounted entry to our special events. And we offer a lifetime price guarantee – never pay a higher price as long as you renew your membership before your renewal date.

Never fear - visit our lost property page for more information on what to do if you'd like to report or enquire about something missing.

Like many other firms in our industry we must contend with rising costs which include our booking transaction costs too. We cannot continue absorbing these fees and so we have taken the decision to introduce a £1 booking fee per transaction which will help recoup some of the fees we are charged. All guests still benefit from a discount off General Admission if booking online in advance.

As Hobbledown has a Zoo on site this is not possible. The only exception to this is assistance dogs, although some areas are excluded such as our walkthroughs and where animal demonstrations take place.
We ask for assistance dogs to be leashed in order to prevent potential nose to nose contact with some of our animals or undue stress to their welfare and well-being.
Additionally, as we do daily walks with some of our animals such as reindeer, this is for the safety of the assistance dog, the handler, the zoo animals and the team.
If it is not possible to leash your assistance dog, please alert one of our team upon arrival so that we can better assist you during your visit experience.
Please be warned that the car park is very open and provides very little shade. Dogs die in hot cars, so please keep them safe by leaving your pets at home.
