Each Toddler Day Ticket admits 1 adult and 1 child under 5 only. An additional General Admission ticket will need to be purchased for every additional adult visiting.
Toddler Day Tickets are available during term time only. They are not available during peak periods, such as school holidays, Bank Holidays and weekends. Please be aware The park is closed on select Tuesdays during the year
You cannot book a carer ticket online. Please book a general admission ticket online for the person who requires a carer and the carer will be admitted for free at the gate when proof of disability is produced. Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, award letter or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer. If evidence can't be supplied then a full price ticket will need to be purchased.
Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and are required to purchase a general admission ticket. Those applicable are eligible to bring a free carer over the age of 18 years. Evidence of either the Access Card , DLA/PIP payments or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer ticket. You can purchase tickets on our website for everyone but the carer who will have their free ticket issued on the day.
We offer a general admission discount for groups! If you are booking general admission for 10 or more paying guests, you can receive a delightful 10% off. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. There are also ways to save by looking at our Afternoon Saver tickets which offer discounted entry each day after 2.30pm and memberships which offer great value for money.
Day tickets do not require an account to purchase. You can buy them directly through the website or at the entrance. However, if you are looking to upgrade from a day ticket to one of our memberships or manage your bookings, you will need to create an account. You can register for an online account on our website. Please note that you will need to register with the same email address that you made the original booking for your day tickets.
General admission tickets can be more expensive if purchased on the day of your visit. To avoid disappointment and potentially higher prices, it's advisable to pre-book your tickets online. This way, you can secure your entry at the standard rate.
Day Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed so long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10. If you are a member please login into your membership account and you can cancel your booking online.
As an annual pass holder all your visits to Hobbledown need to be pre-booked, To pre-book tickets you will need to have set up an account through our website. Click the login button and follow the instructions for setting up a new account. You will need your unique customer number to be able to do this. This number will be on the email correspondence confirming the purchase of your Annual pass. Once you have logged in highlight the names of the pass holder that you would like to visit and when the names turn green click "book now". Annual pass holders can also add paying guests on this page.
