How do we upgrade our general admission day ticket to an annual pass?
All Annual Pass types can benefit from our upgrade offer and you can upgrade your day ticket by following the steps below:
Register for an online account if you don't already have one. Please note that you will need to register with the same email address that you made the original booking for your day tickets.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Once logged in, you will be given an option to to upgrade your day tickets to the annual pass of your choice.
4. The cost of your day tickets will be refunded from the cost of the membership chosen.
Terms and Conditions for Day Ticket Refund Offer
Upgrade to an annual pass within 7 days of your visit, and the cost of your day ticket will be deducted.
This offer is only applicable for general admission tickets paid in full, and does not apply to discounted tickets, i.e Toddler Days or Concessions Admission.
This offer is only available to new annual pass holders paying in full. It does not apply to direct debit annual passes.
Tickets that were purchased online via Third Parties or Tesco Clubcard Vouchers are not eligible for the Day Ticket Upgrade offer.
