Is disabled parking free of charge?

No; at Hobbledown Heath we do have designated disabled bays for accessibility. These parking bays are chargeable at the usual rate of £1 per hour, or pre-pay for your £3.50 all day parking ticket before you arrive.

Yes, if you purchase a gift voucher these are deemed a method of payment and can be used to purchase car park tickets. This is the case if you book in advance of your visit - not on the date of your visit itself.

If you forget to pay for your parking, don't worry! You can register and pay up to 24 hours after your visit to pay for your parking by visiting avalonpay.net/1259. For anything beyond this time, should you receive a parking fine please email help@avalonparking.com

Please be aware that the prepaid £3.50 car parking tickets are non-transferable between vehicles and once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
If you change your car registration, a new ticket purchase would be required. Alternatively you can pay on the day at the pay station, parking cost would be £1 per hour and payable by card payments only.

The car park at Hobbledown Hounslow has a height restriction of 2.2 meters.
If your vehicle exceeds this height, kindly contact our team at hounslowinfo@hobbledown.com.
Include the height and type of your vehicle, along with the date of your visit, and they will advise you further.
