It's a good idea to bring spare clothes, especially if you or your children are participating in activities that may get messy or wet. While Hobbledown Heath does not provide spare clothes, having an extra set on hand can ensure a more comfortable experience.

Unfortunately, there are no lockers available at Hobbledown Heath for storing personal items.

Hobbledown Heath is located within the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone). If you're planning to visit, it's important to check if your vehicle meets the ULEZ standards to avoid any charges. For more information regarding the ULEZ zone, you can visit the Transport for London website at tfl.gov.uk.

No we don't have air conditioning; however the temperature is modified by a central fan system. 

Hobbledown Heath offers work experience opportunities for individuals aged 17 and over. The placements must be a block placement for a minimum of 2 weeks or one day a week for a minimum of 6 months. It's important for volunteers to be able to follow clear instructions, work independently, and consider their own safety.

The Birds of Prey flying displays at Hobbledown Heath run daily at the following times:

Peak Days (weekends and school holidays): 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM
Off Peak Days : 11:00 AM only

Yes, adults are welcome to visit Hobbledown Heath! There are plenty of activities and experiences available for adults to enjoy, including the Birds of Prey shows and other attractions. Just remember to pre-book your tickets online if you're planning to visit.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult while at Hobbledown Heath. An adult can supervise up to four children during activities. It's important to ensure that children are always accompanied by an adult to maintain a safe environment.

Hobbledown Heath features various areas designed for different activities and experiences. Some of the key areas include:

Hobbledown Heath does not accept cash payments on-site. All transactions must be made using card payments excluding AMEX. It's a good idea to ensure you have a card ready for any purchases, whether for food, drinks, or souvenirs.

We understand that things can go wrong from time to time and do our very best to resolve matters fully on the day. If this hasn't gone to plan, please email us with your complaint to hounslowinfo@hobbledown.com FAO The Manager, within 12 weeks of your visit. Our management team will review your complaint and will be in touch within 7 days to resolve this for you.

The green gems are called Crystallite and can be found around the park but especially in the sand play areas. The Hobblers collect Crystallite for its magical powers and will reward anyone that finds some.

We have a very large indoor play barn with seating as well as heated canopy seating areas adjacent to the barn, The indoor play barn is one of the largest in London at over 25,000 sq/ft.Access to indoor areas can be limited and bookings might be required during busy holiday periods and ONLY food purchased at Hobbledown can be consumed in the indoor play barn.

Hobbledown Heath has qualified first aiders on-site to assist with any medical needs. There are first aid boxes located around the site for easy access. If you require first aid assistance during your visit, please approach a member of the team, and they will be happy to help you.

Yes, we do! The Merchant's Shop is located at the entrance into Hobbledown Heath.

Gift vouchers can be used to pay for memberships, general admission, parties, and certain animal experiences at Hobbledown Heath. They are a great way to treat someone to a fun day out!

Hobbledown Heath is an exciting outdoor adventure park located in Hounslow, West London. When you book a session for the Net Park at Hobbledown Heath, you get 30 minutes of bounce time. It's a fun and exciting experience, but make sure to wear suitable closed-toe footwear, as flip-flops, sandals, and high heels are not permitted.

Grown-ups are never too old to play! Hobbledown Heath primarily caters to children aged 2 to 13 years old. For baby feeding, there are designated areas available for parents to use. Please speak to a member of the team on the day for assistance.

As Hobbledown has a Zoo on site this is not possible. The only exception to this is assistance dogs, although some areas are excluded such as our walkthroughs and where animal demonstrations take place.
We ask for assistance dogs to be leashed in order to prevent potential nose to nose contact with some of our animals or undue stress to their welfare and well-being. 
Additionally, as we do daily walks with some of our animals, this is for the safety of the assistance dog, the handler, the zoo animals and the team.
If it is not possible to leash your assistance dog, please alert one of our team upon arrival so that we can better assist you during your visit experience. 
Please be warned that the car park is very open and provides very little shade. Dogs die in hot cars, so please keep them safe by leaving your pets at home.

By Train :  The nearest tube station is Hounslow Central which is on the Piccadilly line - 23 minutes journey time from Hammersmith. The nearest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow.

Our Volunteers help us man our walkthrough's including (Lemurs, Giant Rabbits, Maras, Giant Tortoise, Goats and Alpaca) If you are over the age of 17 and are interested in gaining some valuable animal experience with the animal team please check our jobs page.

We have a cycle park at the front entrance of the building. Don't forget to bring a lock! Bikes are left at your own risk.

Hobbledown is designed for all-weather fun, offering many indoor and outdoor activities to explore. However, some facilities and activities may close during certain weather conditions. Zorbs at Hobbledown are available during the summer months, but they are weather dependent. They are included within your general admission ticket and operate on a queue basis. Here are some important details:
Maximum age: 13 years old
Participants must be supervised at all times by an adult, with a one adult to one child ratio.
Participants remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
While zorbing, socks must be ON and shoes must be OFF.

As a Hounslow Council employee, you are eligible for a 10% discount on your general admission ticket. To redeem this discount, you will need to show proof of your employment, such as your staff ID. You can either email a picture of your staff ID to hounslowinfo@hobbledown.com or purchase tickets on the day and show your ID at admissions. 

Yes we do accept the national carers card. Disabled guests at Hobbledown Heath are required to pay the full entry rates for their tickets. However, they are eligible to bring a free carer over the age of 18. This ticket will be provided for you at the entrance once the team have checked the necessary paperwork. This could be any of the following: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, Access Card, a National Disability Card or Carers Card, or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.

Unfortunately, Hobbledown Heath does not offer discounts for individuals claiming benefits such as Universal Credit or ESA, however we have afternoon saver tickets that provide discounted entry starting at 2:30 PM.

Hobbledown Heath is all about adventurous play, both indoors and outdoors. Here are some clothing suggestions:
Long Sleeve Tops 
Trousers : Comfortable trousers are ideal for moving around.
Trainers or Full Shoes : Closed-toe shoes.
Weather-Appropriate Gear : Depending on the weather, consider bringing sun cream, wellies for wet conditions, or raincoats if it's likely to rain.

You are welcome to bring a pushchair or pram to Hobbledown Heath. However, we recommend using one with larger wheels, as the paths are rustic and may not be suitable for pushchair or prams with smaller wheels. Please note that there is no storage available for pushchairs/prams at the venue and we do not offer rentals.

If you hold a ticket for Hobbledown Heath, you may return to your car and re-enter the park on the same day, as long as you have your ticket with you.

Yes, you can stay all day. Once you have entered, you are welcome to stay until closing time. Please view our opening/closing times here.

There are no discounts on day tickets for childminders; however, we offer a range of admission tickets and memberships that provide excellent value for money. 

Yes, it is advisable to pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment, as Hobbledown Heath can get quite busy. While you can buy tickets on the day, pre-booking ensures you have your spot secured.

Don't worry! If you have booked the wrong Hobbledown site and it is just a General Admission ticket, you can take your booking confirmation to Epsom, and you will be granted entry. However, please note that Hobbledown Epsom is closed on selected Wednesdays throughout the year.

Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed if you cannot make your original choice, please log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee. If you are member please login into your membership account and you can cancel your booking online.

There are no discounts on day tickets for local customers; however, we offer a range of admission tickets and memberships that provide excellent value for money. 

We are big supporters of the emergency services! Any holders of a valid Blue Light Card should log on to their Blue Light card account for the latest offers.

Hobbledown has limited capacity each day and we keep the number of guests to a level that we can manage and we feel gives the best experience to our guests. If the tickets are fully booked for your desired date, we recommend checking for alternative dates or times that may have availability. You can also keep an eye on the website for any updates or cancellations. 

During your visit,  you will be guaranteed at least 45 minute session in the Great Barn. It's a fantastic 25,000 sq ft indoor play arena with various play structures, including the unique centerpiece the Whammock.

If you are running late for your general admission time slot you will still be granted admission however If you are running late for an animal experiences please call the team on 0203 885 0074 and a member of the team will be able to assist you further.

Like many other firms in our industry we must contend with rising costs which include our booking transaction costs too. We cannot continue absorbing these fees and so we have a £2.00 booking fee per transaction which will help recoup some of the fees we are charged. All guests still benefit from a discount off General Admission if booking online in advance.

Hobbledown Heath offers special Home Education Days designed for families who educate their children at home. These days provide a fantastic opportunity for hands-on, outdoor learning experiences. Participants can enjoy full access to the park's facilities, including animal enclosures and play areas, as well as special educational sessions with the animal team.

Tickets for Home Education Days are typically priced at £11 per child, and each child can bring a free accompanying adult. It's a great way to combine fun and education in a unique environment!

Our party balcony can be accessed by stairs inside or outside the Great Barn, or alternatively by the lift underneath the stairs inside. The lift is big enough to fit a wheelchair as well as a carer. The party balcony is split into 8 party zones and can get very busy at peak times. If you are attending a party, a table closer to the lift can be requested in advance, however we cannot always guarantee that this request can be fulfilled.
