What do children get at teddy bear picnic party if gluten free?

At Hobbledown Heath we do not offer ballon models, however we do offer a Hobbledown Heath balloon on a stick. These can be pre ordered via your party account.

If you are booking the 3pm Premium party time slot you will be allowed access to Hobbledown Heath outside areas from 1pm, your party will than begin at 3pm at the party balcony.

On arrival you can hand your cake and candles over to the party team and they will place it in our party kitchen area until the cake is needed.

We will usually serve 1 pizza for every 3 children, but this may vary depending on the age of the party children.

Yes, you can also get a vegan hot dog; please let us know about these dietary requirements 5 days before your party

You can create and manage your guest list online when you set up your party account. This allows you to easily send digital invitations and keep track of RSVPs. Should you be unable to add your guest list, please send an email with your party reference, with the childrens name along with allegies to hounslowinfo@hobbledown.com

For indoor parties at Hobbledown, you can pre order the unlimited tea and coffee* at a cost of £2.50 per adult. This is a great option to keep the adults refreshed while the children enjoy their party activities! * Instant coffee only

All children taking part in the party would need to be included in the final party numbers. You can increase your numbers up to the maximum number for the party type booked with final guest numbers being confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the party date. Any adults or siblings that are not included within the party are welcome to come however they will require their own admission tickets which must be purchased in advance of the Party date via our website. They will not be included in the party activity or catered for during the birthday feast but they will be able to enjoy Hobbledown.

Please bring along your own wax candles, please note that sparklers/fountain candles are not permitted at Hobbledown Heath as they can set off the fire alarm system.

If you are having a birthday party, we aim to accommodate guest allergies. Hobbledown offers a variety of birthday party extras that you can add to your booking to enhance the celebration! 
These extras can be added at the time of booking or up to 5 days prior to the party date. If you have any last-minute additions, please call our contact centre 0203 885 0074 and they can assist your further. 

If the birthday child does not eat pizza please speak to our team to discuss suitable alternatives. We are keen to satisfy any dietary and allergy needs to ensure you have a wonderful time with us. 

Yes, if you would like to arrange outdoor play please speak to your party host to arrange this prior to your birthday party date. The children would be asked to be fully supervised by the accompanying adults and be back with hands washed ready for their Pizza eat time. 

Essentials

1. Please create your party account here to manage your party online.

2. Complete your Guest List. For the safety of all guests with allergies, it is essential that allergy information is provided no later than 5 days prior to the party date. Last minute changes cannot be made.  If this information is not supplied, guests will be served our birthday party feast which may include allergens.  

3. Please sign the waiver form here (invited guests do not need to sign this)

4. Send out invites to your guests. You can forward these invites via email to your guests quickly and easily through your online account under ""Add new Guest"". Printable invites are available should you prefer these – please note attendees must still be completed in your online account.

5. The birthday child should be included in the guest list. Why not add them as guest number one, and send yourselves an invite to see how your other guests will receive their party invite message!

Extras

- Order your Extras at least 5 days before the date of the party. Party bags are not included, however can be purchased as an add-on & sweet cones!

- We provide plates/cups/napkins for your party - if you wish to bring your own theme you are welcome to! 

- Our celebration packages help add extra decoration , or you are welcome to bring a small selection of your own. We say no to wall decorations & balloon arches as they take up far too much space.

Financials

- Pay your party balance in full before the party date. Your party will not go ahead without full payment. Final balances if unpaid will be automatically taken the Friday before your party. Failed payment attempts will need to be settled on arrival to ensure the party goes ahead.

- Party payments are non-refundable: Final numbers are taken 5 days before. Up to 3 guest no shows may be reimbursed by voucher if the party does exceed the minimum number of children. Vouchers will not be issued if numbers fall below the minimum and only issued on request post party.

- Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the party date will be subject to a £50 re-booking fee. Parties rescheduled prior to this will be subject to a £10 re-booking fee.

Guest List & Waivers

If you haven't already done so, please log onto your party account so that you can add the names of the attending children to your guest list. You will find the link on the email confirmation you received when you made the booking. 

We will need to know the exact number of children that we are catering for, and if any of the children have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please don't forget to include the birthday child in these details.

We also ask you to sign the waiver form if haven't already; you will be signing this on behalf of the entire party.

Each child on the guest list is allowed 1 free adult and the birthday child is allowed 2 free adults. Any additional adults/siblings will need to purchase general admission tickets at the gate.

Payment

Please pay any outstanding party balance in full before you arrive. This can be checked by logging into your party account. Party slots cannot be guaranteed without full payment. You can pay your remaining balance online or over the telephone. 

Food & Drink

1. We have introduced Unlimited Tea and Coffee for £2.50 per adult. Please add this to your order as a Party Extra before you arrive, or ask your party host about this. You will not need to visit the bar for your tea and coffee.

2. We will be unable to meet any requests for additional pizzas on the day; if you would like pizza, you must pre-book these online through the Party Extras section.

Itinerary

1. We suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before the start of your party. You will be checked in by one of our team, who will use the guest list you provided us via your online party account.

2. The children will have 60 minutes free play in the indoor play barn. 

3. There will be an announcement for guests to please gather together, and they will then be taken to the party area for their pizza feast. 
 The food consists of cheese & tomato pizza (large pizzas served around 3 slices per child), tortilla chips & dips, popcorn, fruit, and an ice lolly

4. There will be free squash and water available for the children throughout the duration of their party. 

Rules on Birthday Cakes

You will need to supply your own birthday cake or have pre-ordered a cake from us no less than 5 days prior to your party date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No homemade cakes can be brought into Hobbledown Heath. Any outside cake must be store bought, or made by a reputable baker or cake maker. These suppliers will need to include all the allergen information either on the box, or on headed paper from the cake maker. 

This will allow the parents or guardians of children attending the parties to request allergy information from you on what allergens may be contained within the cake. They will then be able to make an informed decision on whether the cake maybe consumed safely. We can also wrap the cake slices and hand them out for the guests to take home, or eat out in the park. 

No outdoor food can be consumed in the indoor areas. If you are bringing a fresh cream or sticky birthday cake, please bring something to wrap the cake in - i.e. foil containers. Please bring along your own candles. Sparklers and fountains are not permitted.

You are welcome to bring extra siblings or adults on top of this, but they will require their own admission ticket which must be purchased in advance of the party date. They will not be included in the party activity or feast, but will be able to enjoy the rest of Hobbledown Heath in the meantime.

At Hobbledown, every party will be assigned a party server to assist with the party, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The server will help with setting up the party area, serving food and attending to the needs of the guests during the event. They play a crucial role in making sure that both the children and adults have an enjoyable experience.

At Hobbledown, each paying party child is allowed one free accompanying adult, while the birthday child can have two free accompanying adults. 
The adult-to-child ratio is important for safety, for general supervision and we kindly ask that you have at least one adult for every five children attending your party.

Luckily, our outdoor parties are designed so that they can operate as planned in any weather! Simply wear the best outfit to suit the skies on the day and prepare to have lots of fun. However, for health and safety reasons, alternatives are offered during stormy and snowy weather.

Hobbledown offers digital invitations for your parties, which can be created once you set up your party account and complete your guest list.  This makes it easy to send out invites via text message and manage your guest list online.
You will also find an printable invite attached to your party confirmation.

Hobbledown parties lasts for 1hour and 45 minutes. Once the party has finished  you and your guests can stay and enjoy the animals and outdoor play areas. Please note that the Classic parties do not get access to the outside areas at Hobbledown.

Hobbledown parties do not include party bags, however we do offer a range of  party extras that can be added to your party package. Including Hobbledown Heath themed party gifts for £3.50 each these includes a Hobbledown branded 100% cotton canvas bag along with a Hobbledown water bottle that is made from 100% recycled plastic and are BPA free.

For parties at Hobbledown, you should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your party. It's important to arrive just before your designated start time to ensure everything is ready for your celebration. Early arrival is not permitted unless stated at the time of making the party  booking, as the timing is reflected in the price of the party package.

The Nerf Party at Hobbledown is suitable for children aged 7 to 12 years old. This age range ensures that all participants can fully enjoy the fun and excitement of the Nerf activities!

All indoor party feasts include:
Margherita Pizza (VEGETARIAN)
A delicious classic tomato pizza topped with melted cheese. Gluten/soya free pizza bases are available upon request, as well as a dairy-free alternative to the cheese topping.We will usually serve 1 pizza for every 3 children, but this may vary depending on the age of the party children.
Tortilla Chips & Dips (VEGAN)
Crunchy toasted tortilla chips.
Fruit and Vegetable Platter (VEGAN)
An assortment of fresh fruit and vegetable pieces, with houmous for dipping. You will get three of the following: grapes, cucumber, orange, raisins, carrots, pineapple. 
Popcorn (VEGAN)
A party favourite - delicious crunchy popcorn!
Further dietary and allergen information is listed on the party host waiver, as well as available upon request. Please note that occasionally we may have to alter the party menu depending on availability of ingredients.

The outdoor party menu at Hobbledown Heath typically includes a hotdog and tortilla chips with squash, followed by party ice cream for dessert. This menu is designed to be fun and enjoyable for children during their outdoor party experience.

The Nerf Party at Hobbledown is suitable for children aged 7 to 12 years old. This age range ensures that all participants can fully enjoy the fun and excitement of the Nerf activities!

Laser Parties are held at the end of each day only to ensure exclusive play barn use and maximum fun, however you and your guest are welcome to arrive from 3pm to use the outside areas of Hobbledown.

If you're considering a themed party or dressing up in costumes, please be mindful of loose clothing and make sure they are suitable for when the guest are in the playbarn climbing and on slides.
