What you need to know

• We do not accept cash payments on site.
• Food and drink may not be taken onto the play equipment.
• Only food and drink purchased on site may be consumed inside the Indoor play barn - however, we do have picnic areas through the outdoor play areas. 
• We kindly ask that all guests follow the Rules of Play
• Group bookings are very welcome! Please note for Group bookings our ratios of supervision requirements are 1:4, and suitable additional supervision for SEN guests.
• If you have booked add-on tickets to the Net Park, please ensure you were sensible footwear. Trainers are ideal - open-toed shoes, flip-flops, sandals, high heels and slides are not permitted. 
• Tickets are non-refundable. You can change the date of your visit up to 1 day before the due date. There is an administration charge for this. You can do this by viewing your tickets via your online sign in
• The car park is managed by Brittania Parking. Parking costs £1 per hour, with a 30 minute allowance for dropping off and picking up. This is payable by card only. Please see individual machines to pay. Please note: free parking is not offered for Blue Badge holders. Blue Badge holders using our car park pay the same rate as all other guests.
