Our till points are cashless; only card payments are accepted onsite.

The Hobbledown Heath characters make special appearances around the park on peak days.

Socks are required for use of the jumping pillows.

Disabled visitors are required to pay the full general admission rate, but can bring a free carer over the age of 18 years with an accepted form of evidence.

All our tickets are non-refundable.

If travelling by car our parking costs are £1 per hour with the first 30 minutes free for drop off; or you can take advantage of our £3.50 all day parking offer.
