Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date. 

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers are valid for use from the date of purchase against the purchase of:

  • Day tickets
  • Party bookings
  • Animal experiences (excluding Birds of Prey Experiences at Hobbledown Epsom or Heath)
  • New Annual Passes at Hobbledown Heath, Hobbledown Epsom, Gripped, Kidspace Croydon, Kidspace Romford, Watermouth Castle or Escapade Group.  Please note Gift vouchers are not valid for against setting up Direct Debit Annual Passes or for Annual Pass Renewals. 

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers cannot be used against bookings you have already made and paid for.

Outstanding party balances can be settled with a Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift voucher.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used to set up Direct Debit Annual Passes or for Annual Pass Renewals

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers are NOT valid for use against Birds of Prey experiences or for Watermouth Accommodation Bookings. 

Hobbledown Heath or Escapade Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.
