Dog Friendly Pumpkin Patch

Dog-friendly pumpkin patch days

Yes, your dog can come pumpkin picking too. On two special Dog Days (Friday 9 October and Thursday 15 October), well-behaved pups on leads are welcome to explore the meadow, sniff out the perfect pumpkin and pose at the photo points with the whole family. It's one of the few dog-friendly pumpkin patches in West London, and with the meadow, woodland walk and outdoor food stalls, there's plenty of room for four-legged visitors to roam. Bring water, poo bags and a lead, and expect a lot of very good boys and girls.

Add a dog to your ticket for £2.50. Dog Days run on two selected dates only: Friday 9 October and Thursday 15 October. Dogs are not permitted in the main Hobbledown Heath park.

What's new for Halloween 2026 🎃✨

  1. hobbledown-heath-pumpkin-patch

A Bigger Patch, and More Pumpkins in It

Grab a wheelbarrow – they're there for you to use – and head into the field. The patch is bigger for 2026 with far more pumpkins in it, and a wider variety than we have ever grown: more shapes, sizes and colours to hunt through, and more room to spread out while you do.

  2. hobbledown-heath-pumpkin-patch

    Picture-Perfect Autumn

Bigger and better displays for 2026, and plenty of places to stop and capture those family photos: giant letters, windmills, the pumpkin house, the pumpkin chair, large pumpkin installations, colourful pumpkin and gourd displays, scarecrow displays and seasonal installations throughout the patch.

  3. rides-at-hobbledown-pumpkin-patch

    Even More Fairground Fun

Our extended fairground brings more to the festival this year, with the carousel, Helter Skelter, dodgems and more. Rides are operated separately and carry an additional charge.

  4. Pumpkins Apple Shooter

    NEW Pumpkin Ball-Shooting Arena

Plenty to play, and all of it included in your ticket – including our pumpkin ball-shooting arena, new for 2026! Plus Space Hopper racing, the water pillow, Hob Ball Down, air hockey, target games and bubble play. No tokens, no extra charges – it's all part of your admission.

  5. food-at-pumpkin-patch

    Eat, Drink and Relax

New for 2026: Our food offer is extended this year too, with fresh doughnuts, churros, sweet treats and more choice than ever. The food and drink area is bigger, with more seating and more of it under cover – so a passing shower won't end your afternoon.

  6. pumpkin-picking-west-london

    Follow the Bubbles

Bubble machines fill the festival, there are bubble activities for children to play with, and music plays throughout – all helping create that autumn atmosphere. Keep an eye out for our roaming scarecrows! And new for our evening sessions, fire performers and stilt walkers light up the patch after dark.

  7. PUMPKINS 07

    NEW Pumpkin Festival Bar

New for this year, stop for a drink at our Pumpkin Festival bar, serving alcoholic and soft drinks. Grab something to eat, find a seat and enjoy an autumn afternoon while the kids enjoy the festival.

  8. Fire Performer At Hobbledown Pumpkins

    Our Biggest Halloween Line-Up Yet

This Halloween, the Pumpkin Festival is bigger and better than ever, with ten brand-new things to discover this October half term! Explore a bigger patch, take aim in the new pumpkin ball-shooting arena, toast marshmallows and spot skeleton and Halloween displays throughout. Plus, new for 2026, our evening sessions bring fire performers and stilt walkers after dark.
