What if I have accessibility requirements?

This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown areas, including stairs, narrow passageways, slopes, and varied terrain. It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience.

  • Pushchairs: The route is unsuitable for pushchairs. Pushchairs must be left at the beginning of the experience and collected at the end.
  • Accessibility: If any member of a guest’s group has accessibility requirements, they must inform us at least 48 hours before their visit by email so we can prepare a step-free alternative route. By knowing in advance, we can ensure the best possible experience.

Due to the nature of the event, weather conditions and the use of temporary surfaces may impact the ability for some wheelchair users to access all areas.

We offer one free carer ticket (for a carer aged 18 or over) when accompanying a disabled visitor paying the standard general admission rate.

To receive the free carer ticket, please bring proof of eligibility to the entrance. This can include evidence of DLA/PIP payments, an Access Card, a National Disability Card, a Carers Card, or a Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.

Our team will check your documents on arrival, and once confirmed, a carer ticket will be issued.

The entire experience will last around 1 hour from start to finish. Your ticket also includes full day admission to Hobbledown Epsom, so you’re welcome to stay and play afterwards!

Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos. And there are themed photo points scattered around Santa’s Secret Village, where you can take special festive snaps.

Our Hobnosh bar is open throughout the day, and offers a variety of tasty meals and snacks.

This festive season, you can choose from two unforgettable experiences; the Santa’s Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience. The ticket types for the Santa's Grotto are Santas Grotto Adult Admission, Santas Grotto Child Admission, Santa's Grotto Under 2 Admission & Under 2 Non-participating ticket. The ticket type for the Toddler Santa Experience is one ticket for 1 Toddler (under 5) and one adult admission. Add-ons are available to purchase Additional Toddler tickets, Additional Adult tickets, and Under 2 - Non participating tickets.

No; Your Santa's Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Epsom. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however, please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

All our tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed so long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10.

This event is hosted within Hobbledown Epsom, therefore our usual facilites are available which include disabled toilet facilities for visitor. This is located in: The Indoor Play Barn
These toilets are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users and their carers, and no key is required to unlock any of the doors. Baby changing facilities are also available in the toilets located in the Indoor play barn.

We understand that things can go wrong from time to time and do our very best to resolve matters fully on the day. Please speak to a duty manager on site.
If we were unable to resolve this on the day, please email us with your complaint to epsominfo@hobbledown.com FAO The Manager, within 12 weeks of your visit.
Our management team will review your complaint and will be in touch within 7 days to resolve this for you.
For more complex complaints, we may need a little more time to fully investigate and resolve matters for you, we will endeavour to resolve promptly and will always keep you up to date.

Car parking is available on-site and is free of charge.

Available between 10am and 1 pm on the 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th and 18th December.
Please note the time you choose from the calendar on the next page is your Grotto timeslot.
On the day, you are free to arrive at any time after 10am to explore and enjoy Hobbledown Epsom - but please be at the Grotto promptly for the timeslot you've booked!
