We offer one free carer ticket (for a carer aged 18 or over) when accompanying a disabled visitor paying the standard general admission rate.

To receive the free carer ticket, please bring proof of eligibility to the entrance. This can include evidence of DLA/PIP payments, an Access Card, a National Disability Card, a Carers Card, or a Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.

Our team will check your documents on arrival, and once confirmed, a carer ticket will be issued.

Unless you've bought an 'Open Dated Pumpkin Patch Ticket (Pumpkin Included', your entry ticket does not include the cost of pumpkins. After selecting your pumpkin, you will need to purchase it separately. Pumpkins are priced according to size.

The pumpkin patch is located on a green meadow beside the River Crane. It is a 5-minute woodland walk from the main Hobbledown Heath location and car park. 

The Patch is easily accessible by public transport, and is located less than one hour from central London. 

🚇 The nearest tube station is Hounslow Central which is on the Piccadilly line - 23 minutes journey time from Hammersmith.

🚆 The nearest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow.

🚌 The 117 & 235 buses stop outside Hobbledown Heath.

🚗 If you are visiting by car, please park at the main Hobbledown Heath car park. This is managed by a third party, and is chargeable.

No - under 2s go free. However, please book them a free under 2s ticket, and bring proof of age on the day.

All our tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed as long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10

Our pumpkin patch is located in an open field and guests may encounter uneven ground and temporary surfaces throughout the event. While we strive to make the experience enjoyable for everyone, weather conditions impact the condition of the ground.

All ages are welcome to our pumpkin patch with adult supervision required for all children under the age of 18. 1 adult can be responsible for upto 5 children.

The pumpkin patch is located on a green meadow beside the River Crane. It is a 5-minute woodland walk from the main car park located at Hobbledown Hounslow. The Car park is managed by a third party company. Pay stations are accessible within the car park. Pre-booked all day parking is £3.50 per day. Alternatively, the first 30 minutes for drop off and pick ups are free of charge. Parking costs £1 per hour thereafter and payable by card only. There are no concessions for disabled parking but we do have a limited number of disabled parking spaces. Please see individual machines for more details. Animals are not permitted,with the exception of guide and assistance dogs. Please note the car park is very open and provides very little shade.
