Your ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Heath, so you’re welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park. However, please be at the Grotto promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos. And there are themed photo points scattered around Santa’s Secret Village, where you can take special festive snaps.

Our Hobnosh bar is open throughout the day, and offers a variety of tasty meals and snacks.
