Hobbledown Heath in it’s absolute discretion reserves the right to close the Tulip Patch at any time or restrict the number of guests entering the site. The reason for closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, inclement weather, special events or to ensure the safety and security of visitors if Hobbledown Heath reasonably considers the circumstances so require. If the Tulip Patch is closed for any of the reasons set out above, we reserve the right to offer substitute Tulip Tickets for admission on an alternative date or in extenuating circumstances offer a refund on the Vouchers bought.
Hobbledown Heath accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the Tulip Patch event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then Hobbledown Heath will offer an alternative visit date, or a Hobbledown Heath Gift voucher, or in extenuating circumstances a refund on the Tulip Voucher bought.
