With regards to the capacity allowed for the feed. What happens if someone taking part requires a carer, for example the particapant has special needs that require very close supervision. Can the carer stay with the participant during the experience?
Ideally in that situation we would like to block out the slot to make it an exclusive experience for the child so the carer can go in without the enclosure becoming overcrowded. The carer would still be a spectator in the experience and would be in the enclosure solely to support the child and not as another participant. Please check the website regarding disabilities when booking the experience to ensure it is a suitable. Once booked if you would like to make us aware we can modify the experience to ensure it is a safe and positive interaction.
