We are big supporters of the emergency services! Any holders of a valid Blue Light Card should log on to their Blue Light card account for the latest offers.

Each person visiting the park will need their own Annual Pass, annual passes are non tranferable.
An enhanced pass is available as an add on to an Anytime adult annual pass holders. This will allow the enhance adult to take the place of the full paying adult member when they are unable to attend. It's a great option for grandparents and childminders!
You can have a maximum of one enhanced pass holder per adult annual pass.

Hobbledown Heath is closed on selected Tuesday's throughout the year and we advised that customers check the opening calendar for the most up to date information. We also have a range of annual membership that can be used throughout the year with some exclusions. 

Termtime Annual Pass: allows entry anytime Monday - Friday during termtime. Weekends, school holidays and bank holidays not included.

Standard Annual Pass: allows entry all year round, except bank holidays, half terms and selected weekend dates.

Anytime Annual Pass: allows entry  all year round

Escapade Annual Pass: allows entry all year round at all 6 locations

Here are a few steps you can try:
Check Your Login Credentials : Ensure that you are using the correct email address and password associated with your membership account.
Reset Your Password : If you've forgotten your password, look for a "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset it.
Clear Browser Cache : Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser can help resolve access issues.
Contact Customer Support : If you're still unable to access your account, I recommend reaching out to the customer support team at 0203 885 0074. They will be able to assist you further.

Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and are required to purchase an adult or child annual pass. Those applicable are eligible to bring a free carer over the age of 18 years. Evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer entry. A Carer's pass can then be given if applicable, so that proof does not have to be shown on each visit.

We have a range of different Annual pass types to suit most people's circumstances. Some of our passes can also be paid monthly by direct debit.

We offered a Founder Annual passes to our very first members of Hobbledown Heath, which included a family plaque within our beautiful grounds. This is a special option that provides various benefits to its holders. This Annual pass typically includes unlimited access to the park, discounts on events and experiences, and exclusive offers

Every one coming to Hobbledown will need their own individual Annual pass. Under 2's are free but you will still need to be register as a membership in their name with their Date of Birth the system will than pro rota their membership allowing you to pay just for the months that the child is 2 during your current annual pass. All pass holders are required to upload their photo before you will be able to book tickets

As an Annual pass holder you can cancel or reschedule your ticket by logging in to your account. Thank you for doing this as it releases your slot for another pass holder to use.

Paid in full annual passes:
Are valid for a period of 12 full calendar months from the date of purchase.
You can check the expiry date by logging into your online account and clicking on MyAnnual pass and than Pass holder details.
Direct debit passes:
All customers paying by direct debit agree to an initial term of 12 months.
After the 12 month period the annual pass will continue until it is no longer required by the pass holder.
One calendar months’ notice is required in writing to cancel the annual pass. The notice period will begin from the first of the month after we receive your notice.

We don't have a specific annual passes for Childminders. You would have to purchase an annual pass for each individual child under your care.

Pass holders that hold a valid pass on the day they wish to book a party for, are entitled to a 15% discount off the cost per child. To book your party please log into your online account to receive the party discount. Please be aware party extras are not eligible for discount and no other offer can be applied. All parties are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
