The entire Santa experience will last around 1 hour from start to finish.
Your ticket also includes full day admission to Hobbledown Heath. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

The ticket types for the Santa's Grotto are Santa's Grotto Adult Admission, Santa's Grotto Child Admission Age 1-12 years old, Santa's Grotto Under 1's Admission & Under 1's Non-participating ticket.
The ticket type for the Toddler Santa Experience is one ticket for 1 Toddler (under 5) and one adult admission. Add-ons are available to purchase Additional Toddler tickets, Additional Adult tickets, and Under 2 - Non participating tickets.

Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos. And there are themed photo points scattered around Santa’s Secret Village, where you can take special festive snaps.
We offer one free carer ticket (for a carer aged 18 or over) when accompanying a disabled visitor paying the standard general admission rate.
To receive the free carer ticket, please bring proof of eligibility to the entrance. This can include evidence of DLA/PIP payments, an Access Card, a National Disability Card, a Carers Card, or a Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.
Our team will check your documents on arrival, and once confirmed, a carer ticket will be issued.
This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown Heath areas, including narrow passageways, slopes, and varied terrain. It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience. Hobbledown Heath's paths are woodchip and gravel, and may not be suitable for wheelchairs or small-wheeled buggies. Due to the nature of the event, weather conditions and the use of temporary surfaces may impact the ability for some wheelchair users to access all areas.
