How long is the experience?

The entire Santa experience will last around 1 hour from start to finish.

Your ticket also includes full day admission to Hobbledown Heath. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

Yes, when booking the Toddler Santa experience ticket, any additional adults Santa experience tickets can be added to the booking at the time of checkout.

This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown areas, there will be gravel and wood chip pathways throughout the experience and uneven surfaces present. 
It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience.
Pushchairs: The route is suitable for pushchairs, however please bare in mind the uneven surfaces.
Accessibility: If any member of a guest’s group has accessibility requirements, they must inform us at least 48 hours before their visit by email, by knowing in advance we can ensure the best possible experience.

Please note the time you choose from the calendar on the next page is your Grotto timeslot. On the day, you are free to arrive at any time after 10am to explore and enjoy Hobbledown Heath - but please be at the Grotto promptly for the timeslot you've booked.

We understand that things can go wrong from time to time and do our very best to resolve matters fully on the day. Please speak to a duty manager on site. If we were unable to resolve this on the day, please email us with your complaint to hounslowinfo@hobbledown.com FAO The Manager, within 12 weeks of your visit. Our management team will review your complaint and will be in touch within 7 days to resolve this for you.
For more complex complaints, we may need a little more time to fully investigate and resolve matters for you, we will endeavour to resolve promptly and will always keep you up to date.

This event is hosted within Hobbledown Heath, therefore our usual facilites are available which include five disabled toilet facilities. These are located at the following locations:
Before you enter reception
Beside Hobnosh restaurant
Upstairs in the Great Barn
Next to the Hobnosh Snack Shack
At Gripped
All of these toilets are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users and their carers, and no key is required to unlock any of the doors.Baby changing facilities are available in all the toilets located in the Great Barn. These facilities are designed to accommodate parents with young children.

All our tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed so long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10.

No; Your Santa's Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Heath. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however, please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

This festive season, you can choose from two unforgettable experiences; the Santa’s Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience. The ticket types for the Santa's Grotto are Santa's Grotto Adult Admission, Santa's Grotto Child Admission Age 1-12 years old, Santa's Grotto Under 1's Admission & Under 1's Non-participating ticket.

The ticket type for the Toddler Santa Experience is one ticket for 1 Toddler (under 5) and one adult admission. Add-ons are available to purchase Additional Toddler tickets, Additional Adult tickets, and Under 2 - Non participating tickets.

This Christmas, visit Santa and discover a fully immersive festive experience that’s sure to create magical family memories. Embark on a spellbinding journey through Santa’s Secret Village at Hobbledown Heath – where hidden stories unfold, and enchanting surprises await you at every turn.

Our Hobnosh bar is open throughout the day, and offers a variety of tasty meals and snacks.

Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos. And there are themed photo points scattered around Santa’s Secret Village, where you can take special festive snaps.

We offer one free carer ticket (for a carer aged 18 or over) when accompanying a disabled visitor paying the standard general admission rate.

To receive the free carer ticket, please bring proof of eligibility to the entrance. This can include evidence of DLA/PIP payments, an Access Card, a National Disability Card, a Carers Card, or a Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.

Our team will check your documents on arrival, and once confirmed, a carer ticket will be issued.

This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown Heath areas, including narrow passageways, slopes, and varied terrain. It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience. Hobbledown Heath's paths are woodchip and gravel, and may not be suitable for wheelchairs or small-wheeled buggies. Due to the nature of the event, weather conditions and the use of temporary surfaces may impact the ability for some wheelchair users to access all areas.

Whilst it is important to expect use of special effects, music and lights; we encourage all children to take part in our Christmas experience.  Please call us prior to booking to ask any questions regarding any additional requirements. 

Yes, we strongly recommend pre-booking your visit to avoid disappointment, especially during peak times. Walk-in slots are limited and subject to availability.

Yes - you can change your ticket to a new date for our rebooking fee of £10.00 per booking.

Our Santa's Grotto is open on selected dates and times during November and December 2025. Opening and Closing times needed for each date for the calendar
