Included within your anytime ticket:
- Stay and play all day - arrive anytime after opening, and leave when you feel like it!
- Access to all our outdoor play areas and facilities
- Unlimited use of our Imaginarium
- One hour's visit to the Playbarn at any time during the day
- Entrance to The Thinkery events, when running (weekends and holidays)
- Entrance to our five animal walkthroughs, available at select times during the day
Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed if you cannot make your original choice.
Hobbledown till points are cashless; only card payments are accepted onsite.
The Hobbledown characters roam the park on select peak days only.
Disabled visitors are required to pay the full general admission rate, but can bring a free carer over the age of 18 years. Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, Access Card or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer. You will be provided with the free carer ticket on arrival subject to your eligibility being confirmed.
A £1 booking fee will be added to your transaction.
Guest notices
- Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed; a £6 administration fee will apply if you wish to change or postpone your booking. You may do so online via the Booking Change Request form. Reschedule requests will be permitted within 30 days of the original booking date.
- If booking a free Under 2 ticket, please bring proof of age with you on the day.
- Socks are required for use of the jumping pillows.
- Due to Health and Safety requirements, the Lemur Walkthrough is not accessible to guests under 3 years of age.
- During wet and cold weather, some of our animals may choose to remain in their shelters.
- If rain affects more than an hour of your visit, we will issue you a 50% return admission voucher that is valid for rebooking within one month.
- Though we are a cashless site, animal feed dispenser machines may require a £1 coin.
