Welcome back Hobblers! We are delighted that we are open again, albeit somewhat differently from before.
From 4th July our outdoor play facilities will be open, alongside the zoo which reopened on June 23rd.
As a reminder, all guests and members must pre-book online so we can manage capacity. You will no longer be able to buy tickets at the entrance.
There will be fewer tickets available and therefore fewer guests permitted at Hobbledown at any one time. The day will be divided into three timeslots and everyone must book into one of these three-hour slots.
In addition to the numerous wash stations, we will provide multiple sanitiser stations throughout the site to provide customers and team the opportunity regularly wash/sanitise their hands.
Hobbledown will no longer accept cash and all payments on site will have to be made by contactless payment terminals on site.
We feel that a lot of these changes whilst challenging for us as operators are really positive for our customers and will once adopted lead to customers having a better time at our parks. They will spend less time in queues and spend more time doing what they came to do which was to have fun.
